The Lady Spartans earned the first ever West Tennessee Sectional Championship for Soccer by defeating Brighton Middle 4-1. The Spartans scored three goals in the second half and played tough defense to hold Brighton to no goals in second half. The girls earlier in the week won their fourth SCIAA championship in a row to earn a spot in the sectional game. The lady Spartans were lead by Evy Ozment who earned MVP honors of the sectional game. Congratulations to Mr. Pickering and the Lady Spartan soccer team.
